We want you to be 100% happy with your Oodie, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Whether it's a change of heart or a size swap, our team is here to ensure your comfort comes first.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Oodie is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and still has all the tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Once your request is approved, download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
